1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions of Mind Atelier, for its products and services. Contradictory general terms and conditions of customers are expressly rejected. Deviations are only effective if they are expressly confirmed in writing.
2. Scope of services
Mind Atelier conducts courses, seminars, workshops etc. in accordance with the descriptions on the Internet. The right to deviate in terms of content is reserved. If a continuation of the course or the booked offer cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure (such as legal closure of the premises due to a pandemic, fire, illness, war, etc.), it will be continued, if possible, with an appropriate online alternative. In this case, the technical requirements (PC, loudspeakers, data volume, internet costs, etc.) shall be provided by the customer. For further details, see point 9 of these T&Cs.
3. Registration
Registrations are accepted verbally (by telephone or in person) as well as in writing (by e-mail or via contact form) and are considered binding upon receipt.
4. cancellation conditions
For courses, workshops and one-off meditation evenings, as well as all other offers (with the exception of "retreats"), a cancellation period of 72 hours before the start of the respective offer applies free of charge. After this period, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the participation fee. From the start of the course or offer, the full course fee is due. In case of course interruption on the part of the client, no refund is possible.
Concerning: courses, workshops, seminar days, retreats and other offers of Mind Atelier:
If a participant cannot take part in one or more course units for whatever reason, Mind Atelier does not have to offer any substitute service.
5 Liability
Participation in all courses is at your own risk. Mind Atelier does not accept any liability or compensation whatsoever. The instructions and statements of the meditation leader are to be understood as suggestions and advice, which the participant follows of his/her own free will and only to the extent that he/she can be held responsible. The participant is liable for any damage caused to him/herself, other persons or things, as well as for any risk he/she takes.
6. Prices
All prices shown are all-inclusive prices. Our services are VAT-free.
7. Vouchers
For all Mind Atelier vouchers, cash redemption and transfer to another person is not possible.
8. Side effects
If you are undergoing medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment, we recommend that you discuss the possibility of meditation with your therapist in advance. We also ask you to inform the respective meditation leader at the beginning of the session. Meditation is not a substitute for medical treatment, nor does it serve as a substitute for such treatment, only as a possible supplement. The organiser does not recommend interrupting, or discontinuing any necessary treatment.
9. Online meditations
With the participation of all (chargeable or not) offers, which are carried out by Mind Atelier online via internet, the participant agrees to the respective terms and conditions of the software/meeting platform etc. used. Mind Atelier accepts no liability whatsoever with regard to the use of data and data protection of the respective medium used.
Concerning the offer "Online Meditation": After registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail. With your registration you agree to a recording of the live meditations via Zoom. These will not be published, but will be made temporarily available to all participants of the online meditation. You are welcome to participate in Online Meditation together with family members or friends living in the same household at no extra charge. Forwarding of access data or emails is not permitted.
