How to reach clarity in our mind?
Meditation is one of the rare occasions when we’re not doing anything. Otherwise, we’re always doing something, we’re always thinking something, we’re always occupied. We get lost in millions of obsessions and fixations. But by meditating – by not doing anything – all these fixations are revealed and our obsessions will naturally undo themselves like a snake uncoiling itself.

Many students come to my program seeking to learn how to control the many thoughts in their minds. They have realized that overthinking and being unable to stop thinking is bothersome. They want to gain more inner peace.
Through meditation, we become aware of what we are actually thinking and whether it is both correct and useful, thus giving us clarity about our thoughts. We can keep the correct and useful thoughts which strengthen us and let go of the useless and incorrect ones.
By engaging in a deep mindfulness dialog with ourselves, we can figure out why some repetitive thoughts are neither correct nor useful to us.
Let's reach our aim of positive emotions and self-exploration through meditation!
